Here are some of the main issues we recently discussed.
We have a page on our main website Cyprus101.com about agricultural land in Cyprus that does well and attracts a lot of traffic. We get many questions from the page and I don't always know the answers so I ask others who work more closely with the law and land. The most recent question: Is it possible to build non permanent building structures on Agricultural land, eg, wooden cabins, prefab houses? It depends on what exactly the structure is and used for. The law states that you have to move it every so many days. When I asked what do you mean move it. And at what distance. I was told the law does not state and it can be a cm or metre. T hen I asked are you going to come and check every month They said no
